Beschreibung

• Lead schedule and cost control for utility-scale solar and BESS construction projects • Review EPC contractor baseline schedules, monthly updates, and pay applications • Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met • Implement, train, audit, and improve project controls processes • Provide project controls reporting and communication to management on portfolio status and KPIs throughout the project lifecycle • Oversee schedule and cost analysis during construction for accurate progress tracking and reporting • Align project cost distributions with actual project progress • Maintain accurate cost forecasts with Finance and Accounting • Coordinate purchase requisitions with Procurement and approve requisitions before final approval • Ensure project schedule and cost documentation complies with Tax Equity, ITC, and PTC requirements • Assist with change requests to scope, budget, and schedule • Ensure contractor and owner deliverables are timely and contract-compliant • Develop cost estimates for technical investment memos using historical actual data • Support commercial negotiations, contract preparation, and closing with Project Management and Legal • Assess milestone schedule and invoicing-term risks and propose mitigation strategies

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience • 5 to 7 years of experience as a project scheduler and cost controller in the renewable energy and/or construction industry • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project • Cost/Earned Value experience is a plus • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Exemplary analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction processes • Ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously • Ability to improve processes or procedures • Ability to effectively accomplish goals working with remote team members • Ability to think and analyze situations in a fast-paced environment • Continuous commitment to safe operations • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
