Beschreibung

• Lead customer discovery through requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs • Clarify customer needs, uncover unstated requirements, assumptions, constraints, and risks • Assess IT infrastructure, authentication and security models, data sources, and third-party systems • Document and validate business requirements, process maps, solution descriptions, and UML diagrams • Prioritize requirements, define acceptance criteria, and manage scope changes with Project Management • Use Claude daily to prepare discovery sessions, synthesize notes, draft documentation, and identify gaps or conflicts • Identify automation and AI-agent opportunities and advise on governance, supervision, and data access • Serve as subject matter and solution expert in M-Files software and systems integration • Translate business requirements into technical solution designs for project consultants • Provide best-practice recommendations on customer solution sets • Coordinate deployment technical activities with consultants and Project Management • Support solution design, development, deployment, migration, QA, UAT, and other consulting engagements • Validate delivery against requirements and acceptance criteria using real customer data where possible • Produce technical documentation and handoff materials • Train customer technical staff when required • Identify product capability gaps and scope them for R&D and Product Management • Coordinate customer-success change requests and product updates with R&D and Product Management • Feed recurring customer requirement patterns to Product Management • Mentor and lead junior consulting team members • Build reusable discovery templates, requirements checklists, solution patterns, and Claude workflows • Support pre-sales scoping and technical feasibility conversations • Identify and escalate additional service and expansion opportunities • Coordinate scope boundaries with Implementation, Managed, and Expert Services

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5 to 8 years of corporate services consulting experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Proven requirements gathering experience in a customer-facing consulting environment • Hands-on experience using Claude daily for research, analysis, drafting, and summarization • Ability to verify AI output and protect customer data • Working knowledge of AI agent and automation concepts applied to enterprise data • Experience working with document/content management systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Experience creating technical documentation, including solution descriptions, requirements documents, and UML diagrams • Knowledge of solution architecture and cross-application communication and integration methodologies • Experience across all lifecycle phases of enterprise IT solutions • Experience managing project timelines and scope • Ability to drive projects to completion and manage obstacles • Excellent organizational skills and ability to support multiple concurrent customer engagements • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to engage and manage customer engagements effectively • Highly motivated self-starter able to learn new methods and technologies • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Willingness to travel up to 25% • Preferred: experience using Claude Projects, skills, connectors, or MCP integrations • Preferred: experience with M-Files or comparable enterprise content management platforms and extensibility layers • Preferred: business process analysis or business analysis methods and certifications such as CBAP • Preferred: knowledge of cloud technologies, including Azure • Preferred: exposure to data governance or information security concepts • Preferred: forward-deployed, embedded customer-facing, or pre-sales technical scoping experience • Preferred: experience building technical training or enablement materials • Preferred: working knowledge of networks and authentication methodologies • Preferred: knowledge of .NET languages, data structures, programming concepts, APIs, and integration patterns
