Beschreibung

• Manage international quantitative market research projects through the entire project life cycle • Manage clients, partners, healthcare professional samples, and consumer samples • Set up and test survey links and redirects • Prepare and send sample • Conduct quality and audit checks • Manage respondent inquiries and honoraria • Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings • Ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood • Manage vendor relationships to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables, communications, and issue resolution • Monitor productivity and data-collection quality • Produce regular project-status updates and progress reports • Monitor project costs and study profitability against the budget • Partner with sales and operations teams to address issues and recommend performance improvements • Support international teams outside normal US business hours

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred • At least 5+ years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in the medical/healthcare field • Self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail • Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to quickly solve problems and proactively identify and resolve potential issues • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment • Basic math skills; able to calculate incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, profit, etc. • Very strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word • Quick learner of new technologies/software • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines • Ability to work independently outside normal US business hours to support international teams
