Beschreibung

• Review and annotate seasonal tip sheets and launch materials across Adult and Children’s lists • Validate key metadata fields including comp titles, sales tracks, author information, and keynotes • Audit and maintain title setup across systems, ensuring accuracy in: Publication dates, Discount and return codes, Catalog associations • Manage and maintain comp title processes • Create and maintain comp mapping (in-house vs. external comps) • Run and distribute historical sales reports (Cognos / Bookscan) to inform comp selection • Generate and distribute recurring reporting

🎯 Anforderungen

• Intermediate Excel skills (data management, workflow development, reporting, analysis) • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Ability to work independently and strong decision making skills • Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Cognos) (Preferred) • Familiarity with 3rd party publishing systems (Edelweiss, Bookscan) (Preferred) • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and editorial teams (Preferred)
