Beschreibung

• Own the development and scaling of the core platform, ensuring system stability, reliability, and efficiency • Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, focusing on business impact and operational efficiency • Define, track, and improve key metrics including product stability, T2M, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction • Drive automation and monitoring initiatives to reduce manual operations and operational risks • Evaluate the impact of initiatives on workload, costs, and overall platform performance • Develop internal tools for operational teams including Finance, Payments, CMS, CRM, and Affiliates • Work with third-party solutions and integrations to optimize platform performance • Lead and develop the product team, including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Business Project Managers • Foster a systems- and metrics-driven culture • Communicate results, insights, and strategic initiatives to key stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with platform or high-load products • 2+ years of leadership experience as Team Lead, Product Lead, or Head of Product • Experience with high-load systems and scalable platform architectures • Understanding of platform components including core systems, payments, CMS, CRM, reporting, and integrations • Solid technical background in SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and incident management, including RCA and postmortems • Working knowledge of SQL and API architecture • Strategic and systems thinking with a data-driven approach, including SLA, uptime, and operational metrics • Experience with multi-brand platforms is a plus • Understanding of iGaming regulatory requirements is a plus • Experience optimizing operational processes through automation is a plus • Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency is a plus
