Beschreibung

• Create and update maps, guidelines and profiles using Edifecs SpecBuilder, Map Builder and EAM according to functional logic • Create maps and guidelines in XML, DFF and PFF for Healthcare EDI transactions such as 837, 834, 835 and 820 • Design, develop and implement Edifecs solutions • Configure Edifecs tools and XEngine configuration files for trading-partner-specific validation • Monitor and troubleshoot transmissions in Edifecs Transaction Manager • Configure severity files for custom error validation • Coordinate with application teams and support QA • Serve as an expert technical and industry resource to management, clients and development staff • Provide consultation on IT technical and business-domain process capabilities • Identify and recommend new IT opportunities and business operations related to application development • Direct task identification, effort estimates and schedules for research, prototypes and proof-of-concept activities • Direct and participate in data management, application architecture and business architecture • Guide staff on complex assignments and mentor them on new technologies • Develop scalable, stable and secure coding guidelines for software engineers • Write quality code and assist with problem solving, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting and coaching • Apply Design Thinking to application design • Lead Agile software development efforts as a technical leader • Coach engineers on TDD, ATDD and pair programming • Guide teams in establishing DevOps environments • Design and develop scalable AWS cloud applications • Review and act on code quality, business and performance metrics • Create load and performance testing strategies and perform advanced performance tuning • Write technical blogs and participate in the Open Source Community

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years related experience • Minimum of 3+ years designing, building and maintaining high-quality, secure software in IT • Critical thinking • Demonstrated problem-solving techniques • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and work experience may be considered • Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science listed as required education • Experience with Edifecs Healthcare 9.x suite and Healthcare Payer systems • Detailed understanding of Healthcare EDI transaction sets, including 270/271, 820, 834, 837 I/P/D and 835 • Knowledge of software development and implementation processes • Ability to configure Edifecs tools and understand systems integration, application behavior, technical behavior, and business/technical requirements • Experience developing Groovy scripts • Ability to work in an Agile development environment • Understanding of containers, microservices, continuous delivery and continuous integration • Experience with AWS cloud services, including CloudFormation, EC2, SWF, ELB, Lambda, S3, RDS and DynamoDB • Experience with load and performance testing strategy and advanced performance tuning • Ability to explain technical solutions and fixes to stakeholders
