Beschreibung

• Invoice Booking: Accurately process supplier invoices in the ERP system, ensuring proper account coding, approval flow, and timely posting. • Accounts Payable (AP): Manage payment cycles, monitor due dates, and execute payments on time. • Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue customer invoices promptly and in line with contracts, delivery notes, or service agreements. • Bank Account Management: Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions. • General Ledger (G/L) Postings: Book all relevant accounting entries related to AP, AR, banks, and other recurring transactions. • Support Month-End and Year-End Close: Contribute to timely month-end closing, including reconciliations, accruals, and cut-off postings. • Participate in Finance Projects and Continuous Improvement: Support finance-related projects such as system upgrades, process automation, or internal control enhancements.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a comparable qualification. • Completed professional accounting certification (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter/in, CPA) is a plus. • 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a similar operational finance role. • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, AR/AP processes, general ledger accounting, and financial closing procedures. • Familiarity with German GAAP (HGB) • Excellent Excel skills. • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., DATEV, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems). • Effective communication skills in German and English. • Hands-on attitude. • Openness to change, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
