Beschreibung

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers • Communicate professionally in written and verbal interactions • Demonstrate empathy and anticipate client needs through active listening • Review claims according to procedures, product requirements, privacy legislation, pension legislation, anti-money-laundering rules, and Canadian tax regulations • Document claim files accurately • Obtain complete file information • Update systems accurately to support reserve calculations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bilingual French and English required • Basic mathematical skills • Comfort navigating calls with grieving or emotional clients • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proficient verbal and written communication • Ability to interact with customers, claimants, financial advisors, lawyers, and employees • Customer service orientation • Ability to respond constructively and decisively in high-pressure or emotional situations • Ability to work in a high-energy culture • Continuous improvement mindset • Strong organizational skills for multitasking and meeting service standards • 1–2+ years of claims adjudication experience, an asset • Working knowledge of processing and imaging systems, an asset • Knowledge of investment products, an asset • Knowledge of government legislation, Insurance Act, and Quebec Civil Code, an asset • Basic knowledge of administrative systems including Mainframes, AWD, and iFAST, an asset • Knowledge of developing professional letters
