Beschreibung

• Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Workday Talent modules • Configure, test, implement, and maintain Workday Talent functionality, including Performance, Goals, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and future Talent capabilities • Configure business processes, notifications, security impacts, validations, and system functionality • Optimize Workday Talent functionality to improve user experience, efficiency, reporting, and adoption • Maintain documentation for system configurations, business processes, and change history • Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support • Review Workday feature releases and evaluate impacts to Talent functionality • Recommend adoption of new Workday capabilities • Develop and execute testing strategies for updates, enhancements, and new functionality • Enable enterprise talent programs through configuration, automation, workflows, reporting, and system design • Support Performance, goal setting, development, talent reviews, and succession activities • Collaborate with HRIS on security, business process design, integrations, and system enhancements • Develop reporting solutions, talent reports, and dashboards • Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities • Leverage AI capabilities within Workday and approved enterprise technologies • Maintain job aids, system documentation, process guides, and knowledge resources • Maintain SharePoint or other knowledge repositories • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve Talent processes • Contribute to Workday Talent roadmap planning and system optimization • Maintain data integrity, governance, and operational excellence

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field and a minimum of four years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Talent modules, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Talent functionality • Experience supporting Workday business process configuration and testing • Current Workday Talent Certification highly preferred, with equivalent experience considered • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot • Additional AI tools and AI agent experience preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Candidates must have hands-on experience configuring Talent modules; candidates without direct configuration experience will not be considered
