Beschreibung

• Manage client relationships, strategy, team briefings, account efficiency, and budgeting • Collaborate with clients to suggest and orchestrate agency projects • Work with strategy, creative, digital, and marketing operations teams to ensure work is strategically sound, on-brief, and aligned with project objectives and client goals • Deliver creative briefs with agency leaders, providing insights to guide successful projects • Consolidate and interpret client feedback to direct project success for internal agency teammates • Manage financial processing across projects, including hours reporting and client profitability • Support demand generation, digital, and traditional marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C clients • Build and enhance long-term client relationships while collaborating with project management and subject matter experts

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years’ experience in marketing agency account management or similar • Experience with B2B clients • Experience with digital marketing and demand generation strategies • Strong organization and attention to detail • Experience with project management software • Proficiency with Office 365 products, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship
