Beschreibung

• Craft embedded finance solutions for customers and cardholders • Own a feature area and work with more senior members of the team to execute designs and drive cross-functional alignment • Assume responsibility for design quality in areas you oversee • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders on all aspects of product, design, and development • Advocate for user needs and balance them with business needs to make informed decisions that work for all

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company, or a design agency • A portfolio that showcases thorough examples of B2B/enterprise products and tools • Experience in product, interaction, and visual design paired with a high bar of craft and taste • Experience executing design projects end-to-end • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities • Comfort working with distributed teams
