Beschreibung

• Billing Ownership: Manage SaaS and ancillary billing, including data validation and cross-system reconciliations. • Operational Reporting: Own the reporting and analyses of core operational metrics including total bookings. • System Stabilization and Enhancement: Contribute to the stabilization of our newly implemented accounting software by identifying root causes and helping resolve system issues. Lead and implement key functional and reporting improvements within the new accounting platform. • Process Optimization: Improve, and streamline if needed, billing workflows and system reconciliations by collaborating cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Operations, and Sales. • Automated Analytics: Build and enhance operational metrics reporting and analyses through automation using BI tools and/or AI applications. • Commissions Management: Own the end-to-end sales commission calculation and reconciliation process. • Special Projects: Lead ad-hoc initiatives and evolving projects as business needs expand.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, Order-to-Cash, Billing Operations, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, Business Systems, or a closely related field. • Hands-on experience with the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ideally within a SaaS subscription business. • Demonstrated ability to investigate inconsistencies, validate data, and reconcile information across multiple sources or systems. • Working knowledge of business software ecosystems, including accounting software, CRMs, operational platforms, and databases. • Experience improving, documenting, or automating operational workflows. • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and completeness. • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or both, including experience working with complex datasets, formulas, and reconciliations. • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in an evolving environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering.
