Beschreibung

• Support the efficient and effective management of energy and environmental programs and projects • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share best practices across the team and organization • Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams • Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement • Support the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects • Assist with processing incoming project applications • Review project application forms and submittals for compliance with program policies and procedures • Assign project applications for further processing and review • Assist with customer and contractor inquiries • Coordinate quality control follow-up on project inspections and customer surveys

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or Associate’s degree with 2+ years of work experience • Strong time management, communication, and organization skills • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Demonstrated experience in Excel • Outstanding analytical, writing, and communication skills • Knowledge of utility markets, especially energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets • Experience with Power BI or a similar data visualization tool preferred • Experience with SharePoint Lists and Power Automate preferred • Understanding of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs and commercial building technologies • Ability to review project applications and ensure compliance with program policies and procedures • Experience collaborating with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams • Ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis • Ability to handle customer and contractor inquiries and coordinate inspection and survey follow-ups
