Beschreibung

• Lead the solution design and configuration for Record to Report process and systems to meet business needs. • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement SAP FICO solutions to support the Record to Report process, including General Ledger (GL), Financial Reporting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, and OneStream Consolidations etc. • Ensure the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems. • Support data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) during SAP implementation or upgrades. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirement in the finance space. • Analyze current R2R processes and identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and recommend SAP solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Drive the adoption of best practices in R2R processes across the organization.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information technology • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support • Expertise in SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), and Financial Reporting. • Strong understanding of SAP integration with other modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems. • Proficiency in SAP configuration, data migration, Datawarehouse and reporting tools. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proven experience as a team lead or project manager in SAP FICO projects • Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, including accounting principles and cost management • Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions for financial reporting and accounting.
