Beschreibung

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops tailored to client challenges and data environments • Define success criteria for proofs of concept and guide prospective customers through technical evaluations • Develop technical diagrams, documentation, and reusable assets showing Matia integrations with the Modern Data Stack • Lead technical implementation and onboarding for new customers • Serve as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries • Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve bugs with Engineering • Provide how-to guidance to customers • Funnel technical requirements and feature gaps to Product and Engineering teams in Israel • Partner with Marketing to create technical content, including webinars, blog posts, and whitepapers focused on DataOps use cases

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering • Strong understanding of SQL and the Modern Data Stack, including ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, Data Observability, and Data Governance • Ability to troubleshoot integration issues, dig into logs, test APIs, and find workarounds for complex data pipelines • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to Data Engineers and C-level executives • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Series A environment with fluid responsibilities • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future • Active LinkedIn profile required for application submission • Nice to have: experience in a data consultancy or as a Data Engineer/Analytics Engineer practitioner • Nice to have: experience supporting customers across different time zones
