Beschreibung

• Deploy the Critical Manufacturing system and optimize its use across Vishay production sites • Provide first-level support for local and regional CM Key Users • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate escalation • Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the MES system • Support extension and enhancement of MES functional modules • Identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes and system usage • Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement enhancements • Train shopfloor users, engineers, and key users on MES functionalities • Develop training materials and ensure knowledge transfer across sites • Drive adoption and best practices in MES utilization • Lead and support migrations from legacy MES systems to Critical Manufacturing • Ensure standardized processes and data integrity during transitions • Coordinate with project teams, IT, and business stakeholders • Support system upgrades, new releases, and global MES initiatives • Participate in UAT, validation, and deployment activities • Ensure minimal disruption to production during system changes

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline • Equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing systems experience may be considered • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Critical Manufacturing (CMF) Key User or similar MES support role • Experience supporting MES implementation and user support, including deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting • Experience working within semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred • Experience supporting production operations and manufacturing process improvements • Familiarity with manufacturing system integrations and data flows • Experience with SAP MM, PP, and ME modules highly desirable • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments preferred • Experience participating in global digital transformation initiatives preferred • Knowledge of manufacturing automation, Industry 4.0, or Smart Factory concepts preferred • Experience working in multi-site, global manufacturing organizations preferred • Project management or change management experience is an advantage • Position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” according to U.S. federal law
