Beschreibung

• Consult on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and extension of existing applications • Oversee and execute the Dynamics 365 F&O solution scope • Assist clients with implementation and support of Dynamics 365 F&O • Improve operational metrics, develop business cases, and measure performance • Provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships • Work with MCA Connect consultants to ensure implementations meet customer expectations • Provide cross-functional guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/ERP configuration • Lead functional requirements definition, solution design, design meetings, and gap analysis • Ensure quality of design, configuration, and testing of Dynamics 365 ERP modules • Specify requirements for custom code, integrations, and reports; test completed solutions • Facilitate business decisions with senior client leadership • Coordinate cross-practice collaboration and support technical leads • Ensure adherence to MCA Connect methodology and Statements of Work • Create and execute system cutover and Go Live plans • Define Application Lifecycle Management plans • Support user documentation and training for end users and system administrators • Assist with data migration, reconciliation, data cleanup, and LCS setup • Create Azure DevOps test plans and support CRP/UAT issue resolution • Mentor project teams and support knowledge transfer • Provide scoping documentation and contribute to status reports and delivery tracking • Support debugging and code issue resolution • Manage ISV decisions, integration plans, Microsoft version updates, and FastTrack requirements • Monitor project milestones, sign-offs, continuous learning, and D365 feature enhancements • Create and deliver internal and external training, communication, and marketing content • Represent MCA Connect at promotional and educational events

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX as an implementation functional lead • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX implementations (Analysis – Deployment) • Minimum 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience • Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX Supply Chain/Production/Finance, or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment • Strong industry experience within Manufacturing • Working knowledge of industry specific best practices • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills • Strong customer relationship skills • Ability to establish priorities and work independently • Ability to travel up to 50% • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • English: Fluent • Valid Driver’s License
