Beschreibung

• Direct the successful delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformations across CRM (CE), ERP (Finance & Supply Chain), Power Platform, and integrations • Manage high risk, high complexity programs • Provide leadership to all functional and business areas affected by the program • Work closely with resource management to ensure adequate allocation of resources • Develop and manage detailed project plans, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans • Drive project decisions and recommendations about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation • Manages deliverables, scope & expectations • Proactively communicates and reports status to executives, management and stakeholders • Effectively communicates and collaborates with technical project team members to achieve program goals • Employs project management leading practices • Provides leadership to project team members with respect to project management processes and best practices • Responsible for managing the overall budget and providing predictive financial analysis

🎯 Anforderungen

• More than 10 years of experience directly managing large-scale IT deployments, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM), in enterprise environments • PMI certified • Experience with IT implementation methodology across all phases of Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, and Operations • Understanding of complete Dynamics 365 solution within the context of an integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy • Well-developed planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Highly developed business acumen • Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision. • Ability to allocate the correct resources to each project phase and monitor their performance • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Consensus-driven management style that supports a broad set of stakeholders • Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
