Beschreibung

• Managing customer relationships for a number of customers that reside in various growth channels including Convenience, Drug, Limited Assortment and Military. • Delivering against growth objectives related to distribution, promotion, trade spend and retail media. • Leading internal annual planning, forecasting, checkbook management, customer line reviews, and retail execution planning. • Achieving net sales, trade spend objectives, and profit targets through new customer prospecting and elevating existing relationships for the Convenience and Drug Channels, and ALT channels customers. • Translating national sales strategies into customer centric plans, including innovation, merchandising programs, digital strategies, and an insights agenda. • Collaborating with internal cross-functional team to support customer planning and execution. • Establishing an effective partnership with brokers to deliver against internal and customer objectives. • Providing retail and in-store executional support for the Military channel under the direction of the CBM III. • Business travel required (10-25%)

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field OR in lieu of a degree 6 years’ directly related experience. • Minimum 3 years in Sales and Marketing in the CPG industry with customer management experience • Capable of managing multiple priorities and complexity. • Aptitude to make data-driven, insightful decisions leveraging sales reporting and consumption tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication combined with polished presentation capability • Valid driver’s license
