Beschreibung

• Build and operate internal APIs exposing MCG Data Science solutions within the technology ecosystem • Implement and maintain network delivery solutions for MCG Data Science SDKs, including deployment, security, authentication, observability, and processes • Determine and monitor load capacity • Implement deep observability for continuous improvement • Support internal teams as they integrate solutions • Own the experiment-to-production path for emerging solutions • Work with teammates to understand integration contracts, implement to specification, and surface blockers early • Write and maintain documentation and runbooks for owned systems • Participate in the on-call rotation for internal platform services • Respond to incidents, own post-incident reviews, and drive reliability improvements • Provide expert code reviews and technical mentorship • Design solutions using modern infrastructure, cloud solutions, Kubernetes, and LLMs

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including meaningful backend services or service integrations experience • Deep experience with backend languages such as Python and Golang • Comfortable with paired programming and designing maintainable solutions • Strong written communication and durable technical documentation skills • Experience building integrations in distributed systems environments • Practical understanding of asynchronous patterns, idempotency, and failure handling • Expert-level understanding of modern infrastructure, cloud solutions, Kubernetes, and LLMs • Ability to participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents, and conduct post-incident reviews • Ability to use AI tools judiciously in an AI-assisted, human-owned development environment
