Beschreibung

• Manage and oversee the administrative processes for all faculty employment-related matters, including issuing contracts, renewing contracts, pre- and post-employment activities and verification of doctoral degrees, and other employment actions. • Create and manage administrative processes for programs using continuous quality improvement principles. • Collaborate and provide support for various OFA programs and committees. • Oversee current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track. • Ensures appropriate communication across teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. • Prepare and develop reports and presentations as required. • Foster a sense of teamwork, cooperation, and community within and amongst MCW entities.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree • Minimum Required Experience: 3 years • Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. • Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. • Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. • May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
