Beschreibung

• Manage approximately 100 concurrent cases from contract signature through final resolution • Serve as the primary point of contact for families • Handle continuous inbound and outbound calls and texts throughout the workday • Guide families through the service process and build trust • Coordinate transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return • Partner with internal teams and vendors to keep cases moving • Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation across systems • Use HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, and the internal case management system to build context and triage workflows • Collaborate with teammates on coverage, escalations, urgent needs, and case handoffs • Anticipate downstream impacts and ensure continuity of care

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience managing customers or cases from start to finish • Experience in case management, customer success, operations, or team leadership • Experience owning complex situations, resolving escalations, and supporting customers directly • Ability to manage 100+ cases simultaneously • Meticulous record-keeping and documentation • Strong written and spoken English • Comfort managing communications primarily via phone and text • Highly accountable, proactive, organized, and tech-savvy • Ability to navigate multiple systems and triage priorities • Reliable home setup supporting technical requirements • Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts during U.S. Pacific Time business hours • Spanish fluency is a bonus, not a requirement
