Beschreibung

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of technology and business solutions • Bridge the gap between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure project delivery • Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning and resource allocation through execution • Lead multiple concurrent projects ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives • Establish and enforce quality standards across all project phases and deliverables • Develop and execute organizational readiness strategies • Manage stakeholder expectations and lead change management initiatives • Conduct data validation and system compliance checks • Manage project budgets, track resource utilization, and optimize costs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a software or technology environment • Minimum 4+ years of Solutions Delivery Manager experience or equivalent project/program management role • Demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-level implementation projects • Proven experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Experience developing and executing training programs and end-user enablement strategies • Background in business systems analysis and process optimization • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and quality frameworks • Working knowledge of AI technologies and their application in business solutions (e.g., AI-driven automation, machine learning integration, intelligent systems) • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, SmartSheet, Microsoft Project, Visio) • Experience with data analytics, data validation, and reporting tools • Familiarity with business systems and enterprise software platforms • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field • Preferred: Master's degree in related field • Preferred: Professional certifications such as: Project Management Professional (PMP); PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP); Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher); Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certifications.
