Beschreibung

• Travel to customer sites within the assigned Nevada area to provide repair and installation support • Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify designated equipment • Perform maintenance and technical support on equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software • Analyze and evaluate products and related performance • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to resolve problems quickly • Perform upgrades and configuration updates to imaging and navigation equipment • Lead and participate in technical repair and clinical-use training for domestic, international, and third-party staff • Provide testing and validation support to the manufacturer’s organization • Maintain accurate customer complaint, follow-up, root-cause analysis, and resolution records • Support maintenance and repairs of Mazor robotic guidance and O-arm surgical imaging systems for spinal and cranial procedures • Manage an independent schedule and prioritize service calls across the territory • Work directly with clinical staff to understand issues and restore system functionality

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • 4 years of technician, clinical field service, or clinical customer support experience • Candidates local to Nevada are preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering, engineering, or technology field preferred • Previous technician or field services experience within the medical device industry preferred • Experience with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol, and medical terminology preferred • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with commonly used test equipment, including dosimeters, power supplies, DVMs, signal generators, and flow meters • Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings • Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR and CGMP for medical devices • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly • Responsive, action-oriented problem-solving ability • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and throughout employment • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Ability to meet hospital or clinic credentialing requirements
