Beschreibung

• Remotely sells Medtronic's Cardiac Surgery products and retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective account management and exceptional customer service • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth through remote engagement strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs and enhance patient care • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Medtronic's Cardiovascular Portfolio products • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers using virtual communication platforms.

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience in a sales, customer support, role or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences role, OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in a sales, customer support role, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences role, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in a sales, customer support role, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences role • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating strong sales performance • Remote sales experience in the healthcare or medical field preferred • Knowledge of cardiovascular products and procedures is advantageous • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data and sales activities • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
