Beschreibung

• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical Centers of Therapy within the aligned territory • Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support for successful product usage • Serve as a resource for physicians and surgical teams in the operating room • Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures • Communicate effectively between customers and colleagues • Identify and report concerns and opportunities to the Surgical Account Manager • Perform equipment and software upgrades • Conduct equipment fleet audits for product performance and compliance • Lead in-service training for physicians, residents, and surgical staff on surgical product applications • Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, Regional Peer Education, and Continuing Education programs • Assist the Surgical Account Manager and specialists with product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives • Provide on-site support for regional conversions and product adoption strategies • Track and maintain availability of surgical products and inventory levels

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 1 year of required experience • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; sponsorship is not offered below Principal level • Valid driver’s license • Preferred: 1+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Preferred: Experience prospecting, generating new business, and building a pipeline • Preferred: Experience building relationships with decision-makers and navigating customer organizations • Preferred: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment • Preferred: Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
