Beschreibung

• Own the design, features, operations, and outcomes of digital products supporting patient and staff experiences • Develop product vision, strategy, feature roadmaps, and operational metrics • Capture consumer and patient feedback to drive the product backlog • Partner with information systems, consumer experience, marketing, clinical, care delivery, and service line teams • Define digitally enabled consumer and patient experiences across multiple channels • Develop features and capabilities across platforms based on research, best practices, and consumer/patient needs • Discover, evaluate, and incubate internal and external partnerships, emerging technologies, and customer/patient services • Define multi-year product portfolio strategy and present it to governance bodies, steering committees, and executives • Develop operational KPIs tracking digital activity, platform leverage, and engagement • Support the health system’s digital health strategy, vision, go-to-market plan, and execution roadmap • Apply emerging digital trends and technologies across mobility, content management, and user experience • Determine investment needs, projects, and priorities with matrixed partner teams • Communicate strategic vision and change plans to internal and external stakeholders • Plan, oversee, and ensure completion of approved projects through internal and external resources • Adhere to patient, staff, and visitor safety standards, organizational policies, budgets, productivity, and quality requirements • Pursue professional growth, continuing education, and skills competency • Model compassionate, personalized, safe, and efficient service experiences • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science, or related field preferred • Three (3) years of experience in digital product or technology development • Five (5) or more years of experience in large, cross-functional teams influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders across complex contexts • Advanced experience translating business/clinical processes into intuitive digital consumer experiences • Strong understanding of human-centered design fundamentals and customer centricity • Strong understanding of digital channels, application landscapes, technology capabilities, and cross-channel experience management • Ability to deliver results through others in a highly matrixed organization and motivate a respectful, excellence- and integrity-focused team culture • Intellectual curiosity and ability to derive insights from data and identify solutions • Understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts for meaningful decision-making • Exceptional time management and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple management levels • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
