Beschreibung

• Deliver professional, high-quality technical support to telecommunications customers via phone, email, and chat • Assist clients with troubleshooting connectivity issues, mobile plan management, and billing inquiries • Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s latest telecommunications products and digital service offerings • Resolve complex telecommunications queries with speed and accuracy to ensure high customer satisfaction • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant telecommunications services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve network-related technical concerns • Document all interactions accurately within the CRM

🎯 Anforderungen

• Native or fluent Danish, spoken and written, is essential • Valid EU passport or valid work permit allowing employment in Greece • Strong passion for technology and genuine interest in telecommunications • Excellent communication skills • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple Danish terms • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor • Previous customer service or telecommunications experience highly preferred, but not mandatory
