Beschreibung

• Deliver enterprise-scale infrastructure services to Methods BDT customers • Create and implement technology solutions aligned with customer objectives and company requirements • Deliver project architecture and implement solutions • Participate in initial customer engagements to articulate Methods BDT capabilities and shape technical strategy and requirements • Own technical solutions, coordinating with colleagues and external partners • Construct cost models for implementation and ongoing delivery • Own and manage risks associated with solution development and implementation • Author and review technical proposal documentation • Lead presentations of technical and commercial solutions with the sales team • Provide technical support for contract negotiations and development • Ensure effective handover of technical solutions to delivery teams with Programme Managers • Develop Methods BDT technical solutions and capabilities and propose innovation • Perform quality assurance of technical solutions • Conceptualise and design complex multi-site solutions, including hosted data centre infrastructures • Perform presales activity supporting Business Development, Solution Architecture and Sales teams • Develop service offerings based on industry best practice and new-to-market technologies • Develop opportunities within customer accounts • Maintain and expand Microsoft technology knowledge, training, exams and accreditations • Act as subject matter expert in agreed technologies • Mentor and guide team members • Develop repeatable policies, processes and approaches for consistent solution delivery • Support Managed Services and Delivery Engineers as SME • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills • Ability to prioritise and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment • Results-oriented ability to produce products delivering organisational benefit • Ability to work collaboratively on projects and undertake technical leadership • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective design and proposal documentation skills • SC clearance or willingness to gain it • Microsoft Expert Level Exams and Certifications • Subject Matter Expert Exams and Certifications • Several years in a customer-facing role delivering and supporting Microsoft-based technology solutions • In-depth knowledge and experience of various Microsoft technologies, with SME knowledge in agreed areas • In-depth knowledge and experience creating technical designs for deployment and implementation independently • In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Platform, including services, security, capabilities, technology, applications, IT issues, best practices, methodologies and processes • Experience leading technical workshops and solutions across multiple technologies • Commercial awareness to create proposals and draft tender responses • Significant presales experience discussing solutions and technologies with customers • Experience leading and collaborating across teams to deliver solutions successfully • Experience presenting technical solutions to customers and stakeholders • Willingness to complete relevant Microsoft training, exams and accreditations • Willingness to maintain and gain Methods BDT certifications and accreditations • Ability to act as a subject matter expert in agreed technologies
