Beschreibung

• Join MGT’s AI Operating Group, responsible for internal AI tool development and client-facing AI solution delivery, primarily for state, local, and education government clients • Design end-to-end AI solution architectures from problem discovery through production deployment • Build and implement RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph • Architect data pipelines and integration patterns connecting AI capabilities to client systems and data sources • Integrate agents with enterprise systems using tool-layer standards including Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Develop reusable components, skills, templates, and accelerators across multiple engagements • Collaborate with project leads, consultants, and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs • Support internal product development across MGT’s AI tool suite • Present technical architectures and solution recommendations to internal leadership and client stakeholders • Participate in discovery sessions and workshops to identify high-impact AI use cases • Within 30 days, understand MGT’s AI tool suite, architecture patterns, and active client engagements, and ship something • Within 90 days, independently architect client-project solutions and contribute to internal product development • Within six months, lead technical delivery, mentor team members on AI solution patterns, and shape MGT’s approach to new AI use cases

🎯 Anforderungen

• Three (3) or more years of professional experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required • Hands-on experience with LLM-based application development, retrieval-augmented generation architectures, agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, or vector databases • Strong technical problem-solving ability and a successful track record of building practical solutions in real operating environments • Ability to translate operational challenges into working AI architectures • Ability to learn new technical capabilities, platforms, frameworks, and deployment patterns quickly • Strong communication skills with consultants, clients, executive leadership, and technical teams • Ability to independently scope, architect, and deliver technical solutions with minimal oversight • Comfort with RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, cloud deployment, and AI solution architecture • Preferred experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing technical delivery • Preferred background in data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, or analytics platforms • Preferred programming experience in Python or similar languages • Preferred experience working with cloud-based AI services on any major platform
