Beschreibung

• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. • Generate comprehensive financial reports and present findings to senior management, providing strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections. • Analyze complex financial data and extract relevant insights to support business decisions. • Assist management with assessment of revenue recognition accounting implications for new business proposals, business combinations, new products, and services. • Conduct variance analysis to understand trends, risks, and opportunities in business. • Own the development and enhancement of current management reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and profitability. • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using Power BI to provide real-time visibility into business performance. • Participate in continuous improvement activities to exceed customer expectations and promote a professional finance organization. • Support strategy to drive curiosity and improve efficiency. • Ad hoc and special projects as needed.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field • Three (3) or more years of progressive professional experience in corporate finance • Experience presenting analysis and insights using excellent oral communication and written business narratives • Ability to pursue information independently to self-educate and develop solutions • Ability to manage, prioritize, and multitask on multiple projects and priorities • Self-starter who anticipates the needs of management • Advance Microsoft Excel skills (macros, complex formulas, etc.) • Skilled in Financial Analysis, building financial models. • Experience with NetSuite Financials and reports • Should be Tech Savvy.
