Beschreibung

• Gain an in-depth understanding of complex FedEx technical standards and project requirements to inform strategic planning. • Promote the development of comprehensive engineering strategies, resource plans, and project timelines in alignment with multifaceted project scopes. • Coordinate and critically review multidisciplinary design efforts to ensure seamless integration and adherence to the highest technical standards. • Act as the internal lead technical interface for FedEx, establishing trust and guiding strategic conversations across the FORTNA organization. • Assist the strategic sourcing of materials and components, optimizing resource allocation and scheduling. • Display superior communication skills, leading by example to drive effective collaboration and cross-disciplinary integration.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Engineering Bachelor's degree (or similar engineering program) from an accredited college with 10+ years of relevant experience, or 12+ years of relevant engineering experience. • 5+ years of experience in technical project leadership, with a track record of managing complex projects. • Advanced knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering processes. • Exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities. • Superior communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. • Broad technical expertise across multiple engineering disciplines. • Proficient in project scheduling and resource management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. • Operates with a high degree of autonomy and handles complex issues independently. • Takes the initiative to identify opportunities and implement solutions. • Comprehensive knowledge of technical project management.
