Das Team kombiniert Erfahrungen aus der Werbung und dem Fernsehen (über ihre Schwesteragentur, Marketing Architects) mit tiefem technischen KI- und Produkt-Know-how, um markenorientierte, datengesteuerte Produkte und Prototypen zu schaffen, anstatt als traditionelle Investoren zu agieren.

Beschreibung

• Report to the Head AI Architect • Design and build the AI systems behind our generative video platform • Create and maintain AI agent workflows and orchestration pipelines • Gather requirements and translate them into working AI systems in real time • Write, test, and iteratively improve prompts and multi-step systems • Manage prompts and traces in Weave, craft and run evals • Decide architecture aspects like using agents vs. workflows

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years in software engineering • 2+ years building and shipping LLM-powered or agentic systems in production • Designed and shipped LLM agent systems end-to-end • Proficient in TypeScript / JavaScript and Node.js • Hands-on experience running evals and tracing LLM systems • Familiarity with Weave (Weights & Biases) or a comparable tool
