Beschreibung

• Work with nonprofit partners to develop strategies that maximize grassroots fundraising by bringing together breakthrough creative and technology resources, including custom proprietary solutions • Design innovative digital fundraising, advocacy, and communications campaigns • Lead cross-functional teams implementing client campaigns across email, web, social media, and search • Generate relationships with new nonprofit partners • Assess client KPIs and ensure maximum ROI of digital campaigns • Advise clients on industry best practices and emerging strategies • Provide strategic marketing planning, including revenue forecasting and budgeting • Work with client technology and creative teams to manage project resources and timelines • Identify prospective clients and drive opportunities to design and pitch engagements • Provide customer service to clients, including regular reporting and invoicing • Manage associates, strategists, writers, and production staff • Support the team on some nights and weekends during high-volume periods such as elections

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of in-house nonprofit or agency experience in digital communications, fundraising, and marketing for nonprofit organizations • Client management experience • Experience managing cross-functional project teams • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Experience working with eCRM platforms such as Engaging Networks, Salesforce, or EveryAction • Passion for making our world a better place • Applicants must reside in one of the listed eligible states • Due to Florida legislation, MissionWired is required to participate in e-verify
