Beschreibung

• Diagnose and resolve technical roadblocks during customer implementations — including configuration challenges, integration issues, and complex workflow design • Partner with Launch Managers, Product, and Engineering to scope technical requirements, evaluate feasibility, and implement lightweight solutions when possible • Support pre-sales by participating in technical discovery, evaluating integration requirements, and delivering tailored demos for complex prospects • Build and maintain internal documentation on integration patterns, product workflows, and recommended technical configurations to scale knowledge across the team • Develop repeatable approaches for common technical challenges so the broader team can move faster

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2-3+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer or technical implementation role • Experience working with APIs and system integrations, with the ability to analyze and design data flows across multiple platforms • Strong troubleshooting skills across technical workflows and configurations, including comfort reading and interpreting API specs and technical documentation • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong cross-functional collaborator — comfortable working across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Launch • Calm under pressure with a bias toward practical, scalable solutions and comfort navigating ambiguity • Experience with construction industry software, accounting systems, or ERP integrations (e.g. NetSuite, Sage, Viewpoint) is a plus
