Beschreibung

• Build and maintain reliable, configurable systems powering scalable client launches and secure member access • Own engineering for eligibility processing, identity and access, client configuration, and reporting platform support • Deliver full-stack product development with a backend lean • Build and maintain GraphQL APIs powered by Python services using Django and Flask • Implement web and mobile user experiences using React and React Native • Engineer efficient, reusable systems for complex web and mobile applications • Maintain HIPAA and GDPR compliance and general security through best practices • Write and execute technical plans (tech specs/RFCs) for large, ambiguous, cross-domain projects • Lead projects with design, product, cross-functional partners, and engineers • Own roadmap commitments, launch timelines, work decomposition, and cross-team dependencies • Write and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and integration tests • Contribute to strategic engineering initiatives and cross-team engineering forums • Mentor engineers across Care Journey and the engineering department • Review technical project plans and code • Participate in on-call, investigation, remediation, and recurring-issue process improvements

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of relevant software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages • At least 2+ years of production experience in full-stack web development, including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, and React • Deep familiarity with the tech stack or a directly comparable one strongly preferred • Demonstrated high ownership and ability to decompose ambiguous problems into component parts, propose technically elegant strategies, estimate, and deliver • Track record of writing technical plans (tech specs/RFCs) and driving solutioning for initiatives spanning multiple domains or teams • Experience building and maintaining GraphQL and/or REST APIs • Experience scaling relational databases such as PostgreSQL and writing performant queries • Ability to work cross-functionally and serve as a technical partner to product, design, and engineering teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience mentoring and effectively working with a distributed development team • Experience leading and architecting large-scale projects as a technical thought leader • Passion for building something to improve the lives of others • Must be able to maintain work authorization for the duration of employment without employer sponsorship or employer-provided training plans or attestations • This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii
