Beschreibung

• Tracking the Progress of submitted Cases in underwriting • Speaking to customers to obtain further information • Speaking to insurers and GP surgeries manage and expedite the process • Liaising with Sales Managers and Protection Experts to keep them updated • Working with Salesforce and Google Sheets to track and manage case progress • Being accountable for the success of keeping the lead warm and engaged

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 2 years experience working within a protection or case management environment • Proven experience of working with a high caseload • Strong organisational skills to manage a busy and constantly changing pipeline of cases • Ability to provide a best-in-class customer experience, going above and beyond each time for your customers • Familiar with using CRM’s, such as Salesforce - Google Sheets/Excel • Strong attention to detail • Proactive mindset and willingness to take on new cases or challenges
