Beschreibung

• Own the marketing organization's highest-priority cross-functional initiatives from scoping through implementation, adoption, and outcomes • Own communication and reporting of overall growth function performance to executive, cross-functional, and team function leaders • Lead large-scale transformation projects end-to-end • Structure ambiguous problems into plans, workstreams, timelines, and owners, and drive completion • Translate marketing priorities into operating plans, targets, and scorecards, and track progress • Build and run planning cycles, leadership reviews, and decision forums for the marketing organization • Lead Marketing's role in company-level strategic efforts, including go-to-market for AI and agentic product capabilities, analytics investment, and enterprise and AI-partner pitches • Partner with functional leads to evaluate and strengthen team capabilities • Prepare executive- and leadership-level materials and decision-ready narratives • Advise marketing leadership on prioritization, resourcing, and organizational design • Build alignment across Sales, Product, RevOps, and Finance • Flex between strategic planning and hands-on execution based on business needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience spanning product marketing, growth, or business/marketing operations and strategy • Experience ideally including time at a high-growth SaaS, data, or technology company • Track record of owning large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects from ambiguity through execution • Comfort operating across strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution • Systems-thinking ability to diagnose and redesign processes to scale • Strong judgment and significant autonomy • Experience partnering closely with a senior leader on strategic initiatives • Experience building or running planning cycles, operating cadences, or leadership scorecards • Comfort acting as a proxy for senior leadership in certain settings • Strong analytical fluency and comfort using data to inform recommendations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Curiosity about applying AI to marketing and operations, including evaluating and rolling out new tools and agentic capabilities • Depth in B2B product marketing, data or licensing go-to-market, or enterprise growth is a strong plus • Authorization to work in the United States • Must live in one of the listed hiring states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington
