Beschreibung

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution for key AI and analytics initiatives across the Avigilon platform • Define product vision, outcomes, discovery practices, and multi-quarter roadmaps for high-scale AI capabilities • Partner with AI research and engineering teams on model accuracy, inference latency, compute-to-serve costs, infrastructure scaling, and edge-versus-cloud deployment • Translate advanced AI capabilities into well-framed problem statements and intuitive operator experiences • Conduct customer interviews, observe security workflows, analyze usage data, and synthesize findings • Partner with VMS, Access Control, Appliances, and Devices Product Management teams to create unified platform experiences • Build measurement frameworks tracking adoption, field accuracy, inference reliability, engagement, and business impact • Use data to validate hypotheses, refine models, and support future investment • Work with Sales, Support, Training, and Product Marketing on launches, feedback loops, and customer enablement • Create technical value propositions, respond to field inquiries, and align stakeholders around AI priorities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering software, cloud, or enterprise solutions • Demonstrated track record of shipping AI/ML-driven products or capabilities at production scale • Deep understanding of computer vision, deep learning, LLMs/VLMs, and analytics workflows • Technical fluency in model deployment, optimization, latency trade-offs, and cost-to-serve at scale • Experience running customer discovery and field interviews • Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into product strategy and clear requirements • Ability to visualize edge-to-cloud AI implementations at scale • Knowledge of local hardware, cloud/on-prem compute costs, bandwidth constraints, and system load • Exceptional written, verbal, and relationship skills • Ability to align engineering, hardware, and marketing teams without direct authority • Experience with VLMs, RAG, MCP, or multi-step AI agents is an advantage • Ability to rapidly stand up AI-generated prototypes • Prior experience deploying computer vision models or video analytics at scale within physical security, VMS, or IoT/hardware environments is an advantage • Experience with cloud and on-premise hybrid architectures or edge-to-cloud model distribution strategies is an advantage
