Beschreibung

• Own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, UI design direction, business process definition, reporting and data requirements, and prioritization for an assigned portfolio of operations and utilization review tools • Serve as accountable business owner for user acceptance testing, business readiness, and adoption of delivered solutions • Act as primary point of consultation with Architecture, Engineering, and QA organizations throughout the product development lifecycle • Monitor progress against roadmap commitments and adjust priorities as business needs change • Manage intake for new requests and enhancements, assessing business value, complexity, urgency, and dependencies • Facilitate prioritization discussions and document decisions regarding scope, priorities, and funding • Maintain visibility into active, pending, and future initiatives and align business demand with delivery capacity • Lead requirements gathering sessions, discovery workshops, and business process reviews • Document current-state and future-state processes and define functional, UI, data, reporting, integration, and non-functional requirements • Maintain traceability between requirements, user stories, testing, and delivered functionality • Manage requirements changes throughout the project lifecycle • Create and maintain product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories • Prioritize backlog items and participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning • Clarify requirements during development and testing • Define business priorities and delivery expectations; collaborate on estimates and delivery plans • Establish milestones and release targets, monitor roadmap execution, and communicate schedule changes • Coordinate business readiness activities for releases • Identify and mitigate business, operational, compliance, and stakeholder risks • Manage stakeholder communication and support organizational readiness and training/adoption • Coordinate UAT, validate solutions against requirements and acceptance criteria, and facilitate defect prioritization • Define release objectives and success measures and coordinate stakeholder communications • Ensure training materials and job aids are available and support production deployment • Measure adoption and business outcomes following release • Monitor product adoption and utilization, gather feedback, identify enhancements, and continuously improve products, processes, and user experience • Maintain long-term product strategy and roadmap • Consult with Architecture, Engineering, and QA on feasibility, standards, requirements, test strategy, and release readiness • Ensure HIPAA, utilization review, and healthcare regulatory requirements are reflected in business requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Analyst • Experience in health insurance, healthcare, or managed care environments preferred; utilization management experience is a plus • Demonstrated ownership of a product backlog or roadmap and making prioritization decisions based on business value, risk, and cost • Strong experience writing detailed, testable business requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria • Experience coordinating UAT and business readiness activities, including stakeholder communication and training/adoption planning • Comfortable operating within a defined RACI model • Working knowledge of Jira or similar tools for backlog management, sprint planning, and requirements traceability • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting and dashboarding tools is preferred • Strong working knowledge of utilization review operations, healthcare regulatory requirements, and the company’s clients, products, and workflows • Working knowledge of HIPAA • Ability to sit at a desk and utilize a computer, telephone, and other basic office equipment • Required to pass a background screen and drug screen before or upon beginning employment • Required to adhere to applicable HIPAA regulations and company confidentiality, privacy, and security policies
