Beschreibung

• Lead technical discovery and pre-sales engagements, translating customer business needs into solution architectures, scope definitions, and value propositions with the sales team • Design, configure, and implement cloud and technology solutions • Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer to customer stakeholders • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle • Drive successful deployments, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction and adoption goals • Advise customers on Microsoft 365 best practices, including tenant configuration, security, integrations, endpoint management, data governance, and Artificial Intelligence • Contribute to growth of the Microsoft partnership and Modern Work practice through CSP and Professional Services revenue, new technical skills and focus areas, and Microsoft relationships • Participate in knowledge exchanges and share Microsoft 365 best practices, implementation strategies, and complex architectures • Define, implement, and document Professional Services standards and methodologies with team members • Learn and apply security and compliance frameworks, including CMMC 2.0, Azure Government, and Microsoft 365 GGC High • Own customer engagements end-to-end, including pre-sales architecture and design, scope and license planning, solution implementation, project management, communication, and documentation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience with the Microsoft Partner ecosystem, including Solution Partner designations and Advanced Specializations • Insight into Microsoft programs and customer funding mechanisms, including ECIF • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business • Experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High for regulated Defense Industrial Base environments • Experience installing, configuring, and optimizing Entra ID Connect in large complex Active Directory environments • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, and Rights Management • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, app deployment, device lifecycle, and configuration profiles • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender Suite, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender for Identity • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot Agents • Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, endpoint management, Quest On Demand Migration tools, and/or third-party migration solutions • Microsoft certifications or ability to achieve them during the first 6–12 months, including MS-102, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-401, and AZ-104 • Business and technology mindset with ability to identify organizational growth and capability opportunities • Proven experience identifying business challenges and requirements, delivering compelling presentations, crafting detailed statements of work, and communicating solutions to engineers and C-suite stakeholders • Ability to lead multiple pre-sales engagements simultaneously and drive repeatability and innovation • Strong organizational skills and ability to own customer engagements end-to-end • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • U.S. citizenship required due to access requirements for Azure Government, Microsoft 365 GCC High, and Defense Industrial Base environments • Preferred: Microsoft sales and technical relationships, CMMC 2.0 experience, advanced PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Foundry, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Power Platform certifications, third-party Microsoft 365 integrations, and regulated-environment experience
