Beschreibung

• Participate in the ideation of new products and features that solve our users’ problems. • Design elegant, simple user interfaces. • Build user-centric prototypes. • Conduct user research and split testing on new design features. • Collect stakeholder and cross-functional team feedback to create and execute new solutions for the product. • Write detailed UI/UX specs to clearly communicate requirements to engineers and articulate rationale behind your concepts and designs.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction field. • Experience working with a consumer-facing product. • Experience with tools like Figma or Sketch. • Strong interaction design, visual design, and product thinking skills. • Hands-on experience conducting usability research and applying findings to improve product experiences. • Experience conducting usability research and translating findings into design improvements. • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making with research-backed insights. • **Bonus Points:** • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven product experiences or interest in designing for emerging technologies.
