Beschreibung

• Prepare computer applications, systems, and software for use • Assist in software development and computer software setup • Organize and conduct software-use training • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Client Success teams • Interact with clients throughout implementation to ensure successful client launches • Analyze, capture, document, and illustrate current-state and future-state business processes and requirements • Prepare functional/business requirements, cases, and instructional documentation • Configure, test, and implement business processes and requirements • Manage assigned project tasks and coordinate required resources • Communicate with, guide, and influence customers and coworkers across departments • Develop deep knowledge of business licensing and tax and short-term rental products • Leverage the platform according to partner vision, value propositions, requirements, and use cases through packaged solutions • Support customer onboarding using system setup and utilization best practices • Balance multiple client engagements and maintain stakeholder accountability • Handover completed work to the support organization after go-live • Coordinate with solutions and success teams to determine engagement scope, effort, and best practices • Work with IT to ensure project environments are configured and available • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience working with business licensing and tax and short-term rental products • Experience with municipal business licensing and tax collection • Experience with short-term rental operation and business activities • Work experience in a jurisdiction's finance office with licensing or tax collection • Work experience presenting to internal/external stakeholders • Knowledge of municipal business licensing and tax collection • Deep understanding of short-term rental operation and business activities • Ability to advise customers on software best practices • Experience working with computer hardware and software in the Govtech space • Excellent planning, analytical, communication, technical, and problem-solving skills • Strong technical acumen and familiarity with productivity tools • Experience with software version control tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Quick learner with strong multi-tasking abilities • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Product Suite, including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio • Availability to travel up to 25% per year • Ability to remain stationary for most of the day • Ability to constantly operate a computer and office productivity machinery • Ability to occasionally move about inside the office • Ability to frequently communicate via telephone or computer
