Beschreibung

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for keeping patients engaged in recommended longitudinal testing • Simplify ordering and scheduling for providers and patients • Improve provider and patient experiences across physician portals, EHR systems, and patient portals • Partner with commercial, operations, clinical, engineering, health-system, and lab integration teams • Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch • Define and measure product success • Champion the roadmap with senior and executive stakeholders • Advance the vision for clinically informed testing recommendations that adapt to each patient's situation • Talk to users, analyze data, build prototypes, write proposals, and drive initiatives from idea to launch

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of experience in digital product management • Previous experience in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences is a plus • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch across product, engineering, design, and business teams • Strong product and UX judgment • Skilled at identifying high-impact improvements and prioritizing ruthlessly • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code/Cursor, LLMs, agents, and prototyping tools • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Flexible and agile, with willingness to tackle any type of challenge • Highly motivated to execute hands-on while thinking strategically
