Beschreibung

• Lead a portfolio of affordable housing communities throughout Indiana and Ohio • Coach, mentor, and support Property Managers and community teams • Recruit, hire, and develop future leaders • Foster accountability, service, and continuous improvement • Support employee engagement, retention, and career growth • Partner with Property Managers to achieve occupancy and NOI goals • Review operational and financial results and identify improvement opportunities • Develop action plans for underperforming communities • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews • Conduct regular site visits throughout the portfolio • Monitor maintenance standards, curb appeal, safety, and resident experience • Support capital projects and operational initiatives • Partner with internal departments to optimize community performance • Ensure properties comply with HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and company requirements • Support inspections, audits, REAC reviews, and state agency reviews • Guide teams through regulatory changes and best practices • Drive occupancy, revenue growth, resident satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term asset performance

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of affordable housing or multifamily property management experience • Multi-site leadership experience • Experience leading, coaching, and developing Property Managers • Experience managing budgets, occupancy, and property performance • Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and affordable housing programs • Strong communication and leadership skills • Up to 50% travel throughout Indiana and Ohio • Valid driver's license required
