Beschreibung

• Own positioning and marketplace success of assigned products within the EMG diagnostics portfolio • Develop and execute product plans across current market segments and new opportunities • Drive products from inception through end-of-life activities • Own marketing design inputs for incremental changes, sustaining activities, and new product introductions • Lead portfolio planning, rationalization, and Gate 7–10 reviews • Lead the New Product Introduction process from Gate 1 through Gate 6 • Create business cases aligned with strategic objectives and global markets • Develop and maintain the User Requirements Document • Gather global Voice of Customer insights through customer visits, communication, market research, and competitive monitoring • Develop global market plans for product launches • Collaborate with North America, Europe, and APAC markets • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, QA/RA, Sales, Marketing, and regional leadership • Assess needs for additional clinical claims, commercial support, and technical expertise • Travel domestically and internationally 20–30%

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Healthcare • Certified Nerve Conduction Technologist (CNCT) / Registered Nerve Conduction Study Technologist (R.NCS.T) Certification • 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing in the healthcare/medical device industry • Demonstrated success in product launches and commercialization • Proven product management experience within the medical device industry • Experience working with cross-functional, diverse teams in a multinational, dynamic organization • Excellent analytical capabilities and experience gathering and interpreting Voice of Customer insights • Excellent communication abilities to articulate product value across stakeholders • Ability to lead cross-functional teams • Ability to prioritize actions based on market needs and technical constraints • Experience with regulatory compliance in the healthcare/medical device industry • Proven track record in product development and lifecycle management • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20–30%
