Beschreibung

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a specific digital product • Align product priorities with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes • Collaborate with IT, design, data, operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements through agile sprints • Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready requirements • Prioritize work based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, compliance needs, and delivery capacity • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and product performance • Lead stakeholder discussions, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and product performance reviews • Monitor product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to improve the product • Serve as the primary product voice between business partners and technology delivery teams • Establish and track objectives and key results, including engagement, conversion, customer satisfaction, and internal efficiency • Deliver user-centric digital products that enhance customer experience and internal operations through evidence-based learning and iterative launches

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management or a related field • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or Engineering • Expertise in digital product management, complex software development projects, product requirements, and scalable platforms • Experience collaborating with software developers, designers, data analysts, compliance specialists, and stakeholders • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in product development lifecycles and agile methodologies • Experience with user research, including user interviews and usability testing • Experience with product discovery, including rapid experimentation and hypothesis testing • Must pass the Company’s Background Screening process before beginning employment • May be required to pass client-specific background checks or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable • Mortgage industry experience is preferred • Experience leveraging AI in product development or daily workflows is a plus • Experience with consumer-facing digital products, team member experience tools, internal tools, document/data automation, or omni-channel communications tools is a plus
