Beschreibung

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives • Participate in all stages of the product life cycle, from ideation through launch • Ensure continuous delivery of valuable solutions to customers • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions • Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products • Ensure alignment and effective communication across teams • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops • Set and track key performance metrics • Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement • Implement data-driven decision-making processes • Lead zerohash's Transact products, notably Auth, enabling secure linking and authentication of external accounts for fund movement on partner platforms

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in Product Management • Background in open banking or auth-related payments products, including account verification, instant payment authorization, risk/fraud checks on funding sources, or similar • Technical background required • Comfort getting into implementation details with engineering • Tactical builder mentality with a bias toward shipping and iterating quickly • Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets • Deep understanding of challenges and opportunities in these sectors • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable tasks • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to write SQL queries • Experience with testing and integrating APIs
