Beschreibung

• Serve as the voice of the client, both external and internal • Work with internal and external customers to analyze needs and align the product roadmap to strategic goals • Own the product roadmap • Develop scope and define backlog items, including epics, features, and user stories • Solve product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to meet business deliverable commitments • Draft key objectives and results, develop strategies, and apply data to make product business decisions • Understand end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies • Collaborate with stakeholders during product visioning and concept development • Be accountable for created products, delivering in the product model, and communicating product needs with business partners • Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes aligned with product strategy • Help clients understand the business model, value, and value proposition • Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories • Act as product ambassador and primary contact for product-related queries • Develop detailed product-feature specifications for development teams • Represent the team before stakeholders, clients, and users • Work closely with the Senior Product Owner to create a product that fits the company portfolio • Research and analyze the market, users, and product roadmap • Monitor competitors and industry trends • Increase understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technology opportunities, and emerging trends • Gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints • Identify user needs, explain business value to customers, and coordinate product releases with cross-functional teams • Deliver products that meet user needs and support the company vision
