Beschreibung

• Plan, run, and optimise integrated lead and demand generation campaigns across Government and Social Housing sectors • Lead multi-channel campaigns across email, media, website, events, search, paid media, and social • Track and optimise MQL-to-SQL performance • Organise and attend in-person and online events • Own and deliver website strategy to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion • Improve user journeys and align content with priority initiatives • Monitor and analyse website analytics using GA4 and Semrush • Manage sector LinkedIn activity and report on digital marketing performance • Create and manage articles, blogs, case studies, sales enablement tools, whitepapers, guides, and campaign assets • Craft messaging for key initiatives, product propositions, and sector-wide challenges • Maintain consistent tone of voice across channels • Line-manage and coach a growing team of digital, content, and campaign implementers • Work with Product, Sales, Leadership, and subject matter experts to shape initiatives • Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable marketing plans • Communicate campaign progress and KPI performance to senior leadership • Lead external agencies for events, press relationships, editorial requests, design, and digital marketing • Monitor activity and provide regular KPI reporting • Conduct quantitative and qualitative market and competitor research • Use marketing automation tools such as ActiveCampaign to build workflows, nurture programmes, and lead scoring • Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy across CRM and marketing systems • Support the wider marketing and communications strategy for NEC Software Solutions • Manage stakeholder expectations • Track marketing performance and ROI and prepare monthly management reports

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experienced Marketing Manager • Proven experience in digital marketing and website optimisation • Strong content creation skills and understanding of messaging for complex sectors • Demonstrable experience delivering integrated lead and demand generation strategies • Experience managing or coaching a small team • Confident using analytics platforms and marketing automation systems • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels • Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and improving ROI • Experience in B2B technology marketing desirable • Knowledge of UK Local Government and/or Social Housing desirable • Understanding of Local Government Reorganisation and sector transformation programmes desirable • Experience running Account Based Marketing programmes desirable • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach • Ability to influence others and build strong working relationships • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Satisfactory vetting and reference checks required • DBS check may be required depending on the role • WordPress experience is a bonus • Must be able to work on a 12-month fixed-term contract
